Law Practice Management :

The mission of Law Practice Management is to investigate, evaluate, develop and promote the use of techniques, which will make the services delivery, team (lawyers, legal assistants and other non-lawyer professionals) more effective, competent, ethical and responsive to the needs of clients and the public.

The Law Practice Management Section assists members in managing law practices more efficiently and profitably. It focuses on such topics as the effective use of computers in the practice of law, financial management, billing, practice development, personnel issues, and legal ethics.
